Fish and Seafood

All varieties of fish and seafood are rich in protein and essential minerals; saltwater fish (fish caught in the sea) is usually exceptionally rich in fatty acids, especially unsaturated fatty acids, omega 3 and minerals such as iodine, zinc, phosphorus and selenium.

The fish and seafood maybes should be kept in a common refrigerator for no more than two days. In a freezer you can keep it frozen for much longer as long as the cold chain has not been interrupted
